Shipping Information

When We Ship (Batch Dispatch) Local Roots is a monthly subscription experience. To ensure freshness and coordinated tasting, we ship all boxes in a single batch.

• Dispatch Date: All boxes are dispatched between the 5th and 10th of every month.

• Cut-off Date: If you sign up after the 4th, your first box will be the following month’s edition.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• Major Centers (JHB, CT, DBN): 2–4 business days.

• Regional/Remote Areas: 3–5 business days.

Courier Partners We use trusted local couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy, Fastway) to deliver your goods. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our facility.

Undelivered Packages Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at your address during business hours. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver after multiple attempts, a re-delivery fee of R100 may apply.
